How do I enroll in a course?

To enroll in a course, simply browse our course catalog, select the course you’re interested in, and click on the “Enroll” button. You will then be guided through the enrollment process.

What payment methods do you accept?

So far we are accepting payment via PayPal, if you have an account with PayPal you can pay via that account of yours. That being said, even if you do not have the an account with PayPal, you still can pay using your debit or credit card. Meanwhile, we are also working to integrate other various payment methods, including direct paying using credit cards, debit cards.

That being said, you can also pay via eMail Interac transfer to shivatechcan@gmail.com.

At the checkout, you can choose the payment option that suits you best.

How long do I have access to the course materials?

Each course has its own duration which is mentioned on its description page. You can browse through each individual course page and take a note of its duration / access there.

Are there any prerequisites for the courses?

Some courses may have prerequisites, while others are designed to be beginner-friendly. The prerequisites, if any, are mentioned in the course description. Please review the course details to ensure you meet any requirements.

How can I interact with the instructor?

Our courses offer various ways to interact with instructors. We are working on introducing discussion forums, Q&A sessions. You can participate in these forums, and sometimes even live webinars or group projects, depending on the course structure.

Can I access the course materials on mobile devices?

Yes, our website is mobile-friendly, and you can access the course materials on your smartphone or tablet using a web browser. We are also working on a dedicated mobile app for iOS and Android for a better learning experience on the go.

Will I receive a certificate upon course completion?

Yes, upon successfully completing a course, you will receive a certificate of completion, at this point, we are sending the certificates by email but soon the certificate can be downloaded from your account on our website and shared to showcase your achievement.

How can I reset my password if I forget it?

If you forget your password, simply click on the “Forgot Password” link on the login page. You will receive an email with instructions to reset your password. Follow the provided steps, and you’ll be able to create a new password.

I am a high school student, am I eligible to enrol into a course?

Oh yes, absolutely. The trucking courses on our platform are typically industry- and- practical-learning based & have been developed with an approach of self-learning methodologies. Therefore, there is no basic qualification as a criteria to join our courses. Moreover, the learning outcome of these courses have an entrepreneurial approach so after completion of any of these courses, you can even think of working as a self-employed.

So anyone, who is a high school student like yourself or is a graduate or postgraduate, is very much eligible to enrol into our programs. Above all, you can choose which course you intend to study.

I am not a computer expert, will I be able to manage learning online?

Our LMS is very simple to navigate and to learn on this platform. You need not to be really an expert in computers. All you should know is how to use the keyboard and mouse of a laptop or how to browse a website on your phone / tablet device and rest our LMS is smart-enough to take care of your learning and make you an expert in the course you choose to study.

What are the devices / gadgets I need to learn online on your LMS?

This is a very simple-to-learn system. Other than a PC or a phone device and a high-speed internet connection, you do not need anything else. Using our system is as easy as browsing any other website via an internet browser. If you are using this LMS on your phone then make sure that you have a data-usage internet plan else the service provider might charge you extra data-usage cost else you can access this system while your phone is connected to a wi-fi connection.

Moreover, this is a web application software so you need not to download any software to use our LMS. One more thing, in certain lessons, you might be learning through video learning so in order to not disturb others around you when you are studying with us, you can use headphones.

I am already a registered student, can I enrol into any other course?

Absolutely. As this platform is available 24 X 7 so you don’t need to worry about timing or location. You can enrol into multiple courses and study them as per your convenience and choice. There is no restriction to enrolling into number of courses. In fact, enrolling into multiple courses at the same time gives you an advantage of understanding and implementing the concepts with better approach as many tools and parameters in digital world are interlinked. Therefore, understanding the concepts becomes much easier and learning is expedited.
